Bronx River Addition contains 226 apartments across two buildings. The Bronx River Addition Design Build Includes: Complete window replacements; full kitchen and bathroom upgrades, including floor replacements; and comprehensive electric heating, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation system updates. Additional work involves elevator replacements, structural repairs, hazardous material abatement, as well as the incorporation of “aging in place” design features in the units.

Eastchester Gardens
Eastchester Gardens PACT Project is a comprehensive rehabilitation initiative led by RDC Development and Infinite Horizons in partnership with New York City Housing Authority to modernize and improve the Eastchester Gardens community in the Bronx.
The project includes site and building renovations, new property management, and a Social Service Plan focused on enhancing youth, adult, senior, and community services throughout the development. The partnership will continue working closely with residents to incorporate community feedback into the project’s design and programming while creating long term improvements to quality of life at Eastchester Gardens.

Gowanus/Wykoff
Wyckoff Gardens and Gowanus Houses Modernization Project is a comprehensive rehabilitation initiative funded through the 2021 Gowanus Neighborhood Rezoning, bringing a $216 million investment to upgrade 1,668 apartments across both developments.
The project includes full in-unit renovations with complete kitchen and bathroom replacements, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, and hazardous material abatement for lead and mold. Residents temporarily relocated during abatement work are provided nearby hotel accommodations and moving assistance at NYCHA’s expense. The modernization also includes full elevator replacements at Gowanus Houses, along with broader building and infrastructure improvements designed to enhance long term living conditions for residents.

Linden Plaza
Linden Plaza is a landmark Mitchell Lama preservation and rehabilitation project in Brooklyn, NY, encompassing 11 buildings, 2.3 million square feet.
This strategic approach involves the temporary relocation of tenants within the campus to enable comprehensive rehabilitation of residential units, overhaul of all mechanical and plumbing equipment, along with essential facade and structural repairs of the buildings, the parking garages and the concrete deck over the MTA Pitkin Yard. The project is dedicated to creating a healthier, safer, and improved living environment for the entire Linden Plaza community.

Bayview Houses
Bay View Houses PACT Project is a comprehensive rehabilitation initiative under New York City Housing Authority’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together program, modernizing a Canarsie portfolio of 25 residential buildings with 1,610 apartments serving nearly 3,200 residents.
The project is led by a partnership between MDG Design + Construction, Infinite Horizons, Wavecrest Management, and IMPACCT Brooklyn, and includes comprehensive apartment and building renovations, upgraded property management, expanded community services, and improvements to shared community spaces. The initiative also introduces enhanced on-site social services and new resident employment opportunities as part of Bay View’s long term transformation under the PACT program.

The $63,540,000 project, led in partnership with New York City Housing Authority, Macan Deve Engineers, and Maric Mechanical, incorporates smart building technology and heating control systems designed to eliminate overheating and reduce unplanned hot water outages. The project also includes roof, façade, and plumbing upgrades, while supporting broader sustainability initiatives and greenhouse gas reduction goals to improve quality of life for Marlboro Houses residents.

830 Amsterdam Ave Design-Build Electrification that is replacing the aging gas-and-oil-fueled heating and hot water systems at 830 Amsterdam Ave, a 20-story high-rise in Manhattan, with a high-efficiency electric Variable Flow Refrigerant (VRF) heat pump system.
The project will provide central heating and cooling to 100 percent of apartments, replacing the old, inefficient, and unsightly window air conditioning units providing better quality of life for residents.

Marble Hill Design Build Boiler Replacement
The Marble Hill Houses development’s low-pressure steam boiler is being replaced with a new energy-efficient steam boiler system to supply reliable hot water to more than 500 apartments.
The existing hot water system in each building is being de-coupled from the steam boilers and will be replaced with new gas-fired hot water heaters to improve system reliability and reduce fossil-fuel emissions. The heating plant upgrades are expected to be completed in December 2023 and will total more than $41 million in investment.
